Shipping & Delivery
All products will be ship with POSLAJU by POS Malaysia unless there is  request for change by customer. Charges are standard Post and Postage of POS Malaysia

Returns & Replacements
We accept returns for products malfunction (e.g pumps not working) or content damage (e.g product changes colour, taste or smell) within 7 days or product acceptance by the customer. Postage and handling fees is the responsibility of customer. Alternatively we will refund for product damages, given customer can provide evidence for such damages within 7 days of product acceptance.
Once you place your order, you will receive a copy of you purrchase order. Once payment has been cleared we will notified status as processing, and when the product is ship, another notice will be emailed to customer notifying tracking number of shipment.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We reserve the right to change price or terminate promotion at any time. Customer is advice to notify us via email, stating bank name and total payment when payment has been made for their purchase.
Viewing Orders
Customer can view their order history and recent purchase at any time by logging in to their account and clicking on ‘My account’. Guest checkout however don’t have the privilleges of checking ther purchase directly. All information on the purcahse is sent to your email account.
Updating Account Information
We recommend customer to keep their account updated, any changes can be made via ‘My account’
